Personal data deposited by the Member
By opening an Account on the Service, the Member must transmit his email address and password.When making a purchase on the Service, his / her credit card details are collected by a highly secured, authorized payment management Provider, as the Data Controller is not authorized to process such data.
Data collected automatically
Data relating to the Member's activity: when logging into his Account, information may be collected and processed concerning his activity on the Service. These include the registration date, the last login date, or the history of its purchases. Device and Equipment Data: The controller collects information about the devices and equipment used to access the Service that may include such information as the IP address, application version, mobile model, operating system. Withdrawal of consent
When a processing is based on the consent of the Member, such as sending a newsletter, the latter can withdraw it at any time from his Account or the settings of his phone. The withdrawal of his consent does not call into question the processings carried out prior to this withdrawal.
Consent on sensitive data
Article 9 of the RGPD provides explicit consent for the collection and processing of personal data that may disclose, among other things, the life and sexual orientation of an individual. An explicit consent is requested in this respect from the Member when opening his Account. Legal obligations

How are your datas shared?
Only certain Customer Service and Support employees and authorized managers of the Data Controller process the personal data of Members for the purposes described above. Minors
